Work as hard as you can and enjoy yourself, as long as you put in the effort you’ll see the results

Work History
Previously, I worked as a Fitness Coach and at the Westerwood hotel for over a year where I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2021. I enjoy motivating others to achieve their fitness ambitions and goals. I joined The Basement in December 2022.

Sports/Hobbies
I enjoy football and listening to music. You’ll find me in the gym working on my squats and cardio ready for the next football season.

Favourite food
Chicken and rice – I’m that kind of guy!
