Fitness Philosophy
I believe that a thousand miles begin with a single step and every step you take towards regaining or improving fitness is useful. Fitness isn’t everything but fitness is everywhere, it is the base of everything used.
Work History
I started my fitness career in Bath in 2015 as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, and for the last four years I’ve worked full time as a fitness manager for two well known corporate gyms.
Sports/Hobbies
Running! I’ve done two full marathons and four half’s. I’ve joined Eastville Park Run every Saturday. When I’m not doing that, I’m running after my toddler! I enjoy strength training from time to time.
Favourite food
Eggs. I would happily eat cooked eggs any day.
