Fitness Philosophy
“MOTIVATION is what gets you started, HABIT is what keeps you going”
Fitness doesn’t have to be a chore, I believe everyone can find something they enjoy in the gym; whether it be joining in on a sweaty bootcamp class, lifting heavy weights, beating up the punch bag after a long day, or winding down in Yoga. Find something you enjoy and stick to it. Not sure what your “thing” is? I am here to help you find it.
Work history
Previously, I worked as a Fitness Coach and Manager at a club in Bath for 3 years after I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2019. I love teaching a variety of classes but also love working one to one with people to help them achieve their individual goals. I joined The Basement in August 2022.
Sports/hobbies
I love CrossFit which is a mixture of group strength and conditioning workouts. I incorporate this style of training into some of my classes. Don’t ask me to do Yoga though – I’m as flexible as a tree!

Pancakes… with allllll the toppings.
