CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Full Body Strength
A chance to work on each muscle group, with various sets of exercises designed to build and develop strong muscles, using the barbells in the studio.

Low Impact Circuits
A simple to follow, effective workout with a series of short burst cardiovascular/calorie burning movements and muscle toning/strengthening exercises.

Kettlebells
Dynamic moves that target endurance, strength, balance and cardio endurance. Using one piece of equipment, the kettlebell.

Bootcamp
A 30 minute HIIT class on the gym floor. We use the functional equipment in the middle of the gym including the TRX, kettlebells, sled, battle ropes and boxes.

Indoor Cycling
Using the exercise bikes in the studio, ride to the beat of the music. It involves strength, speed and endurance in the legs. Half an hour of epic fun and hard work!

Ab Blast
A 20 minute class involving all things CORE. It can be added after your workout in the gym as a finisher. Suitable for all abilities.

Yoga
Stretch, tone and relax with our amazing Yoga instructor, Sam.

Run Club
